Hilary was the first woman to win a Democratic nomination for US Presidency and has been in the political limelight for a very long time. First Lady, Senator for New York, and the Secretary of State under President Obama–these are the major political posts that most of us are quite aware of. 1. She won a Grammy in 1997.
Several politicians have won this prestigious award, but not for singing or acting. She won the award for the Best Spoken Word Album for the audio version of her book “It Takes a Village.”
2. She has not driven a car since 1996.
Facts confirm that Hilary last drove a car in 1996, which, apparently, turned out to be quite bad. The details of the incident were kept between the Secret Service and to herself only, however.
3. Her mother-in-law did not think that she was enough for Bill.
Even though Bill’s mom was not entirely accepting of Hilary for his son, Bill defended his choice, nonetheless.
4. One of Hillary’s cases as a lawyer focused on a rat ass.
During her early years as a lawyer, Hillary represented a canning company that was sued for a can of bean found to have a chopped off the ass of a rat. She won the case.
5. Hillary was a Republican.
Hillary used to be a Republican before she changed to the Democratic Party in 1968. She even campaigned for Barry Goldwater in 1964.
